I brought my vehicle in after hitting a pothole and needing new tires. Even though they didn’t have 4 tires in stock Adam was able to locate some and have them delivered and put onto my vehicle within a couple of hours. Great job within the same day service.

A 5 star rating experience with all the members I interacted with specially Richard, Garret, Hamid ,Brandon and Larry, with lots of discussion/reasons (insightful) which all worked out well. I was a little disappointed that the part I needed for the repairs to my car weren’t readily available so it took longer to get my car back. Thankfully they did provide me with a shuttle home. They did give me a pretty good deal on the repairs so I am happy about that.

I had a good experience at AutoNation Honda. I was helped by sales consultant Richard Kern. I was searching for a used car with less than 100,000 miles and there was a beautiful BMW this location placed an ad for! We were allowed to test drive it without a consultant, we got the Carfax, and promises for any needed repairs in writing. The entire process took a decent amount of time and the location does not price negotiate, however. But overall the car is wonderful and the people were very friendly!

Got my state safety and emissions inspection done here. Friendly staff, though they seems very busy and worried about getting things done. My work too twice as long as the already long estimate provided, but they were good about it, so I was annoyed but I still took my other car there the following week. Really nice waiting area, too.

AutoNation Honda Dulles' services are beyond satisfactory. My 2016 Pilot showed malfunctioning codes on the dashboard. I was little skeptical when I took it to AutoNation Honda Dulles for a diagnostic service as I wasn't sure if this was covered by Honda's warranty. They quickly acknowledged the issue and explained that all could be covered by Honda's extended warranty. Even though I had to wait for the parts for a bout a week, I was very happy when Demetrius texted me and scheduled a drop off for it to be fixed. On the day of the service, I was even more surprised that they expedited the job so that I could pick it up before my wife left town. AutoNation Honda Dulles has now earned my trust as a returning customer. I would undoubtedly recommend their services to anyone who owns a Honda. Thank you.

We had a great experience buying a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited at AutoNation Honda Dulles this week! Our sales guy, Richard, was incredibly helpful. I will not go back to service my car (that I bought from this dealership) ever again. The car is still covered with the manufacturers warranty (TPMS warning) but was told that I needed to replace 2 rear tires to get rid of the TPMS warning.

Recently purchased Odyssey Elite. Service was great. Richard Kern was patient in answering all our questions and made the buying experience great. I wanted an exchange on one of the accessory I purchase and they were very accommodative. The only negative I experienced was that I had to spend about 4.5 hours to complete the transaction and drive the car out, after I had signed the contract. In their defense, they had 6 customers purchasing at the same time as I was and the customers were all there to purchase cars that had just gotten off the truck. The dealership was courteous to extend apologies and kept giving updates on when I was going to be processed.

Good, reliable and friendly service. Strongly recommend. Their service department works in a manner that keeps your vehicle in top shape while maintaining costs in check. The senior management of this organization truly cares for the customer and will go through mountains to ensure customer satisfaction. No other dealership will work this hard to maintain customer loyalty, and have you drive back to their showrooms when your vehicle needs so demands. Worth considering even if you are not looking to drive a Honda from the lot. Seek out Aaron Ortiz in the maintenance department, and say hello to the other Aaron (Spicer) just cause he is a good man. No doubt, worth your consideration across maintenance and acquisition of any vehicle you may so need to acquire or maintain.

My wife and I purchased a brand new 2017 Honda Accord approximately 5 years ago, from the initial day we purchased the car, there was an ongoing vibrating/rattling noise coming from the dashboard area. They attempted to fix the issue on several occasions (over the last few years and countless service appointments), and now several years later the issue still exists and they have not been able to fix it. This is extremely frustrating and unethical as we purchased a brand new car with defective components and Honda failed to permanently remediate the issue. Unfortunately, based on my experiences over the last few years, I do not recommend Honda products. **UPDATE: I spoke to the GM last year when I initially posted this review and he basically swept the issue under the rug when I met him in-person. If he truly cared about his customers, then he would've escalated the issue directly to Honda's corporate office, but he never followed up to rectify the issue. DO NOT purchase a new or used car from AutoNation...you'll most likely regret the decision and waste countless hours with no resolution, just like we experienced!

We recently bought our Honda Odyssey at Auto Nation at Dulles. I have never been so please and and relaxed while buying a car. Everyone here are professional and are willing to work with you with finance options. They go above and beyond to please the customer. They are an example of what customer service should be. My shout out to Sonny he is the manager at this location. He makes everything run smooth like a well oiled machine. I will definitely have Auto Nation as first option if I'm going to buy another vehicle.

My recent April purchase of a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado Pickup from Auto Nation Honda was not the positive experience that it should have been. Auto Nation Honda sold me an unsafe vehicle. While I don't think it was intentional, it is clear that neither the Virginia safety inspection nor Auto Nation Honda did much, if any, of an inspection of the vehicle. I had to take the vehicle to get a Maryland inspection. I am glad I did. The inspector was more rigorous than Virginia or Auto Nation Honda. The rear brake pads were paper thin and should have been seen by the Virginia safety inspector during the safety inspection and would have been seen by any competent mechanic at Auto Nation Honda had one bothered to look. The pads were so thin, they would have failed had I braked hard. To its credit, Auto Nation Honda did reimburse me for the cost of replacing the pads. However, this was not the only safety issue. The second one was found by the same Maryland mechanic a week later when he was putting on an undercoating. Both front sway bar links were totally rusted out. While this was not as big of a safety issue, it still is concerning that no one in the inspection process or at the dealership noticed these rusted out, loose, and ready to separate sway bar links. I was not reimbursed for the replacement, though they should also have been seen and replaced before the sale. Nor did Auto Nation Honda do much in the way of preparation of the vehicle prior to it being sold to me. Within the first five days of the purchase, the first time I went to lower the rear window of the vehicle, the window motor totally failed. I replaced it at a cost of over $300, not reimbursed. Within a week, the truck engine began having serious tapping noises. I went to Jiffy Lube and was told that the vehicle's engine oil was terribly dirty and that had caused the tapping noise. I replaced the oil at a cost of $84. I suspect that Auto Nation Honda may have changed the oil when it first got the vehicle and never bothered to change it again despite numerous people test driving it over the period that it was on the lot. Finally, my license plates would not have been delivered to me prior to the expiration of the temporary license plates had I not called and asked where they were. Only then were the plates and registration sent. The bright spot was the staff. The sales person, Kevin (Kavveh), was welcoming and helpful, also obtaining the reimbursement for the brake pads for me. However, his only comment after I reported the other problems was, “what can I say?” The manager and the finance person were also very pleasant. I will say Auto Nation has a very slick and professional social media outreach. I received a thank you email for having test driven the vehicle and received several emails after I purchased the vehicle inviting me to provide feedback. However, the professionalism of its outreach was not equaled by the poor inspection and preparation of the vehicle. I ended up with what I believe is a good vehicle with the features I was looking for. It was not a safe vehicle when Auto Nation Honda sold it to me. Now that I have put more money into the vehicle to repair issues that should have been caught during the Virginia safety inspection or the dealership's own pre-inspection, the vehicle is safer and I have more confidence in it. I was disappointed that despite its overall good reputation, Auto Nation Honda did such a poor job ensuring that the vehicle I purchased was safe when it left their lot.

I had few pending maintenance recommendations from my last visit few months ago. I was told something else was wrong which needed attention….I do trust their technicians judgement and support a customer gets from the person helping with your appointment. I have been very satisfied with their services for more than a decade now. Car repairs are expensive no matter where you go but here at Honda Dulles one can be sure that your car will be fine after repairs and you can have PEACE of mind.

Honda Dulles does excellent work. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that when I schedule for an oil change, I expect to be able to wait for the service to be done. However, I was told it would be at least a two-hour wait. Honda Dulles does provide a shuttle service

I have purchased three brand new cars from AutoNation Honda over the past 15 years. All cars were exactly what I wanted. Their service people are not the greatest. I called for an appt for service and the person who answered the phone couldn’t find any record of my car and asked if I’d ever bought my car there. Then there was a lot of silence and I was asked when I wanted to come in…..wait, did you get any info from me about a car you can’t find? I brought the car in and a very dead pan person checked me in. I questioned her about my car records. She told me the gal on the phone didn’t know where to look? My point is that the service department leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve had these issues with confusion and I unknowledgeable people at this dealership for years but I keep going back because it’s the closest to my house. It’s certainly not for the service!!

Over a couple of years of having my Honda and wanting to find a trustworthy service department, I'm willing to drive 36 miles+ out of my way, passing multiple Honda services along the way because of the service Advisor, Adam Kearney. AutoNation team, you have a great employee. He always goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible to his clients. I have to admit that because of poor experiences with other Honda services in the area, I had lost my trust in Honda, but Adam has created a loyal customer and made me believe in Honda as a brand again. Disappointed during the payment and selling a car with Honda Dulles. Process of picking a car was great with Matt Smith and Mani Mamzari, but during the payment process and selling a car takes way too long. The store should have a money counting machine, instead ,James, counted the money by hand one by one for a large amount of down payment. It should not take 2 hours just to count money by hand and 10 minute signing papers. Process of selling a car should be done once with having all paper signed, instead of missing a sheet here and there. Waited for an hour just to see the associate, Sean(Shawn), to come back and said we’re missing a sheet to sign and have to resign and do the process all over again. No updates, reassurances, or give choices to come back and pick up the check at a later date. Let us sit there for roughly 2 hours, from 6pm to 8pm, after Sean(Shawn) saying "it will be done in 15 minutes", until we can't stand it anymore and went up to ask the associate, just to hear them say "We dont know". Waste of time, poor customer service coming from Sean and management at the time during 6pm - 8pm on 5/2/2022 and very unprofessional.

Called ahead of time about a specific car. Confirmed it was in stock and available to test drive with sales rep Kevin. Kevin confirms it’s available for test drive with no issues and verifies how far I have to drive to see the car (1hr 30min). Show up and I’m told that I can’t test drive it because of the weather. Manager Jason Baker shows up and says that they don’t do test drives on that car because it could get wrecked easily. Then he changes and says that if they draw up full paperwork (45-60min). Said this is to make sure we are serious, even though previously he said it was a safety issue. Told him I can show proof of funds and was told no, had to do all paperwork first as per Autonation policy. Couldn’t explain why his reps don’t know the policy. Terrible rep, terrible manager. Vehicle was only 30k and not exactly a super car. Worst dealership experience I’ve ever had.

Our first experience with AutoNation Honda at Dulles, VA didn't start well, but it ended great. We chose the vehicle on Sunday and an unprofessional finance team was trying to push us to accept the APR rate immediately, or leave the dealership because only an hour left to the day working hours. They brought multiple excuses to stop us from buying our favorite car. The next day, I called back and I asked to communicate with the management. From that point everything changed. I received professional service and my favorite rate. In the end, I purchased the vehicle with satisfaction.

Mike Helmke is very efficient. He makes it an easy transaction and I'm happy with the work that was done. In addition. Mr. Helmke went above and beyond. I was telling him I was a teacher and had an autistic student who loved car manuals. When I was done he told me to hold on and brought out 3 very old car manuals. Best Honda dealer in the DC Metro area. I spoke w/ over different 6 dealers around town. With our current market of car shortage, every other dealer is marking up the prices by thousands ($1,500 - $4,000). This is the only dealer that does not mark up with sales price. Their goal is to satisfy the local customers and keep them for life. Go here first.

The service consultants are always friendly, polite, and willing to go the extra mile. Most recently, I worked with Oscar Castro and had a great experience - he is customer service oriented, explains things thoroughly, and looked out for my financial bottom line. That said, in the 5+ years I've owned the Honda purchased (and consistently serviced) here, I have never once had an on-time delivery or reliable estimate of the time needed to complete the service. I don't think I'm alone in preferring to hear that something will take 3 hours, which allows me to accurately plan my work day and/or arrange for a shuttle or pick-up and drop-off from a family member, than hearing that something will take 1.5 hours and end up having to rearrange my schedule because it took 3 hours.

I recently purchased a used vehicle with Autonation Honda Dulles. The vehicle was found on a google search and caught my eye immediately. The website was easy to navigate and shows everything you need to know about the vehicles you're interested in. I entered my information and received a call right back from the Dealership. Sam W. was the sales rep that I worked with. I was able to get an appointment the next day and test drove the car. I was set on purchasing this vehicle, so I was ready to finish the paperwork and take the car home. The process was long, like any car-buying process. For used vehicles, they will not budge when it comes to negotiation (but their vehicles are priced lower than most dealerships). I also traded in my car and received a fair price for a vehicle that had a dent from an accident. A few disappointments, the sales rep did not explain/walkthrough the features of the vehicle I purchased at all (luckily, I did my research), the financial reps were also unresponsive after the vehicle was purchased. Overall, I had a decent experience and happy with my vehicle.

AutoNation turned the worst event possible -a dead transmission- into a positive experience! My car wasn't very old and suddenly started dying at every stop. Fawad Hassan took over the repair of my Honda CRV and he was able to submit a request to Honda Headquarters to cover 75% of the cost of the replacement! That was a huge lifesaver for us financially, and he was willing to keep our car while we were gone on a cruise. I was able to pick it up after our vacation and it was as good as new!

Alanna Baylor has the best customer service I have ever displayed to me and I am 60 years old . She takes her time with explaining everything to you and keeps you updated and most of all I trust her! When she suggests something I need I would not hesitate to do it and I’ve been told I am frugal . If Ms Alanna would transfer to another dealership I would transfer my patronage wherever she goes . I spoke to the general manager and he was not surprised ( many customers have praised her professionalism) I wish I could give her 10 stars instead of five . She needs to train all new service advisors and even be in commercial for Honda !!!!!

We've purchased our 2 Hondas from Autonation Dulles. Our parents, with our referral, purchased 2 Hondas from Autonation Dulles. Needless to say, we are very pleased with their Sales Team. Being that said, We are very UNPLEASED with their SERVICE department. We all tried their service department for different reasons from a simple oil change to a recall. Now we try to avoid getting any of the 4 vehicles being serviced at Autonation Dulles. Every time we drove one of our vehicles into their service bay we were confused as in "who is going to going to great us" and after 4-5 minutes the confusion takes a new form as in "who should we approach to get service?" Finally, if a service team member acknowledges us or when we approach to one, we always received a very unwelcoming attitude. Not to forget to mention, we have always been there with an appointment. As a result, we stopped using their services for a period of time. Recently, we've received an email with a Spring Package for oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. We needed oil change and possible tire rotation so, we decided to give them another try. Short version, should have NOT given them another try. Same "wandering customer" customer experience followed by the same "attitude." This time it even went one step further to the point of "not listening" and performing unnecessary work. Lesson learned for the last time. Autonation Honda Dulles is where you can buy a car but NOT where you get it SERVICED.

Had my 2019 Passport in for service and everything went great for the service, during the safety inspection they found something that could have been dangerous for my family, I want to commend Oscar my service advisor that went above and beyond to advocate for me with my auto insurance company state farm to replace the safety impaired part with an OEM part instead of a recycled part as per State Farm policy, thanks a lot Jake from State Farm. My 2018 Civic Si was due for service so I made an appointment. While I was online I thought I’d see if they had any ‘22 Si in stock. I’ve been looking since late last year. I saw that there was one in transit and sent a request to purchase it. Not minutes later I got a call saying they had just got one on the truck and the color I wanted. Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had! AVOID! Sales manger used scare tactics and after trying to sell us very rudely on extra packages we were very clear that we didn’t want, told us that he’d have to check if the car had any other inquiries because someone else may be willing to pay more for the extra add one; clearly implying that we may not be able to buy the car if we didn’t add their protection packages. He was completely unprofessional. After being told for hours that documents had to all be filled out in person I had to leave for work and somehow they miraculously had an online portal now that I could use after I left. Had to go back the next day and found out they messed up the financing and put annual income as monthly income. Kind of a big deal because it’s 12x more than it should be and would make it look like we lied if we ever had to show proof of income. And now 3 weeks later they have a problem processing a rebate that should have been addressed at the time that we signed paperwork and not this far after leaving with the car. Where other dealerships are up with current technology this one is completely pen and paper. My sister bought a car the same weekend at a dealership the used tablets and smart desks, I may have to drive a hour round trip because this place can’t take an e-signature. I can not express enough how awful our experience was!! .

Not sure if I was a victim of segregation or a lack of attention to detail regarding the this AutoNation location. Made an online appointment on Monday which required the basics, you know make, model, year, etc....... for a used vehicle I recently purchased. The appointment confirmation was received on Wednesday for 1PM Saturday, feeling trust and confidence until my arrival. The garage door goes up and then pure chaos unfolded, customers not sure who to speak to first, techs grabbing tables and keys entering vehicle information and taking pictures for insurance purposes BUT!! the customers are still trying to figure how to check-in. As I'm walking towards my second desk to explain why I'm here I hear a lady shout "I'm new and I don't where to go or who I should talk to", but anyway at check-in it's clear that Mike is the man running the show after standing in front of him for 4 mins not knowing because there's a sign on back of the computer next to him that stated "Oscar". Finally! Mike acknowledges me, I said to him that I have a 1PM appointment that was established online for my vehicle that I just purchased and it's within the 90 full warranty coverage provided by AutoNation Hunt Valley Mercedes. Mike responded to me by saying that the used vehicle team does not work on the weekends and that they can get to my vehicle first thing Monday morning, I responded by saying "If this information was provided prior to my arrival It would have been great. Mike's response came in the form of a shoulder shrug in conjunction with sorry about that. At this point I'm perplexed, trying to understand what is really being conveyed here, they only service new vehicles on Saturdays???? the second anyone drives off the dealership's lot in a vehicle just purchased becomes used so what form of customer service practices are being implemented at this location????????????????????????? Pure waste of time, gas, and 40 miles. Maybe there's a school for only "Used vehicle" ASE certified technicians now. No need for a follow-up call based on my review, this was and probably still is bad business practices.................................

After pointing the mistake in badly serviced break and rotors(even after technician did the inspection. )Tuns out only break pads were changed and not the "Resurface or replace rotors" but I was charged for both the services. Service manager-Jorge Sands showed very bad attitude and was not co-operative at all. Very bad customer service.

Took my car in today for an oil change and wiper replacement. They recommended a brake flush and alignment. I did as they recommended and saw that the rear alignment wasn't touched because it was within the acceptable limits but was charged as if work was done on both the front and rear. No biggie but lesson learned to not have the dealer do an alignment. While driving home, I noticed I had water on the windshield from them running it through the wash bay. Wipers were not replaced. I went back and found out they listed it as an oil and wiper replacement but only did the oil. Good news is they didn't charge me for it on the original invoice so it's not like I paid for something they didn't do but makes me question their labor costs and whether they do the work you request and potentially pay for.

I walked in the dealership to look around and get some feeling about dealership with no intention of buying that day. First of all my sister and I were greeted with outmost respect and professionalism. But high light my experience was to be introduced to my sales man Mr. Mohammad Abugideiri which I found very pleasant and easy to talk to. During our conversation, he told me that this is his third day in the dealership but I was surprised how much he knew about his job and each type of cars. Every question I had he knew the answer and/or he researched from numerous other salesmen and his manager to make sure that I am getting the right info.Based on my experience and research with other dealerships, I found his offer very good and I noticed he and his dealership do not add or push for some unnecessary added charges to his price. Overall my salesman made me so comfortable and he was not pushy and was not rushing me to make a decision. Based his treatment and considering the fair offer that I got from him, I know this was it and I do not need to search any more and I bought my Honda from Mohammad. Mohammad was personally involved in preparing and detailing my car and he made sure I am leaving the dealership as happy as aI can be. I also would like to thank Mr. Manny, anther salesman who was ever ready to help us with highly technical issues about my car. Thank you Mohammad for making us so comfortable to deal with you and I am happy to have met you. Rest assured that I will be sending you my family and friends when they need to buy a car.

I purchased a used vehicle at this dealer and had a great experience. The rep who helped us, Mazer, was very personable and super helpful in explaining the process. He had a hang tag on the car with my name on it for our appointment, which was a nice touch. They mean what they say about not playing games here - all fees were explained and listed up-front. They were up front with all info about the vehicle and offered a great trade in deal for the car I was driving. They also have a five-day, no-questions return policy. Checked the car with my mechanic and the car looked great to them as well. Definitely glad to have bought from this location and dealership - thanks to Mazer, Josue, and the team!

Excellent customer service. This past time was a bit eh, I went in and stood in front of my car waiting for the oil change. An employee walked straight past no eye contact sat at his desk nearby and said nothing. After a few minutes I asked him where I should check in. Still no eye contact. “Someone will help you in a minute”. Not the usual friendly service. Usually everyone greets you and says hello and is extremely helpful.

After dropping off my car that I bought new at Honda Dulles, I couldn’t get an update for a week after calling daily. I was tossed around and promised calls that I never received. The service manager didn’t return my calls and emails for over a week after I vented about how dissatisfied I was. They said the problem was a bad starter that was fixed and I had to pay for it after only 50K. After I got the car back the same problem still existed. They eventually got it fixed after a great deal of hassle. I wanted a full refund for all the run around and the fact that my service advisor and the service manager didn’t return my calls or give any kind of updates. After escalating even further tot the Service Director I was offered $375 toward my next repair or a $200 check of the almost $800 I spent. I took the $200 since I will never step foot in that place again. It was really just a slap in the face for all the aggravation I went through and was not even worth my time complaining. I will never return to this poor excuse for a dealership and shop for any kind of repair and will certainly not be buying my next car here. Steer clear of this place!

The smell in the waiting area was very strong of either rubber or some other chemical. No bueno. I'm not using my car as much as I used to. I'm putting very little mileage on it. I only wanted to get oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment because I got a coupon. They were very pushy to add extra services. The car only has 27K miles. They tried to sell me new tires for $1,500. I can find quality tires for half of that just with a simple Google search. They told me that it was going to take 90 minutes, but 3 hours later I was still waiting for the car. Finally I told the service manager that I had and appointment and needed to leave. They gave me the car without doing the tire rotation, they didn't applied the coupon, and they charged me $500+. I'm never coming back. They are deceitful and not trustworthy. I'll definitely buy another Honda from this dealer, but I'll never come back for service.

I had the worse service this time with AutoNation Honda Dulles. I've been taking my 2016 Pilot there ever since I bought from them, but this time the service has been lackluster, after I paid $2500 for 100k miles checkup. First they forgot to reset the service maintenance, then they did not do the safety inspection BUT they charged me for it. Didn't realized that until I got the car back at home. BE CAREFUL and CHECK ALL THE DETAILS!!!

Head and shoulders above the competition. Let's just say shopping in Covid chip shortage times isn't like it used to be. No buying cars for significantly under invoice. Among all the DC area dealers they had the best selection, were friendly, had good communications and ultimately price, but it took some work to get there. Kevin, Brandon, Larry and David were great to work with. I've also used them in the past for service and it has been great without high pressure up-sells.

I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a satisfying auto purchasing experience – a true model of what all sales consultants should be. The sales manager, Sunny Hauue, was professional and straightforward in bringing the sale to conclusion. There was no haggling, just a recognition of what was a fair deal for both parties. I genuinely appreciated the open and frank negotiation. Finally, the financial services manager, James Quaye, made the paperwork expeditious and understandable. The dealership is a beautiful facility – new, clean, and customer friendly. The only reason I chose to sell our Odyssey at AutoNation was because of Carolina Rocca. She is a fantastic salesperson. Not sure if I was a victim of segregation or a lack of attention to detail regarding the this AutoNation location. Made an online appointment on Monday which required the basics, you know make, model, year, etc....... for a used vehicle I recently purchased. The appointment confirmation was received on Wednesday for 1PM Saturday, feeling trust and confidence until my arrival. The garage door goes up and then pure chaos unfolded, customers not sure who to speak to first, techs grabbing tables and keys entering vehicle information and taking pictures for insurance purposes BUT!! the customers are still trying to figure how to check-in. As I'm walking towards my second desk to explain why I'm here I hear a lady shout "I'm new and I don't where to go or who I should talk to", but anyway at check-in it's clear that Mike is the man running the show after standing in front of him for 4 mins not knowing because there's a sign on back of the computer next to him that stated "Oscar". Finally! Mike acknowledges me, I said to him that I have a 1PM appointment that was established online for my vehicle that I just purchased and it's within the 90 full warranty coverage provided by AutoNation Hunt Valley Mercedes. Mike responded to me by saying that the used vehicle team does not work on the weekends and that they can get to my vehicle first thing Monday morning, I responded by saying "If this information was provided prior to my arrival It would have been great. Mike's response came in the form of a shoulder shrug in conjunction with sorry about that. At this point I'm perplexed, trying to understand what is really being conveyed here, they only service new vehicles on Saturdays???? the second anyone drives off the dealership's lot in a vehicle just purchased becomes used so what form of customer service practices are being implemented at this location????????????????????????? Pure waste of time, gas, and 40 miles. Maybe there's a school for only "Used vehicle" ASE certified technicians now

One of the worst dealerships ever. The service is so cold and unfriendly every time I am at this place. I came 5 times to fix a flat tire. They lied and told me it was fixed only to find out it was never fixed the previous time, they just put air and told they patched/fixed the tire. Very dangerous and how can we trust these guys with our engine if they can't even fix a flat tire. It took 5 tries. Phone calls and messages to service manager Jorge Sands never got answered or returned. Avoid this dealership. This is the last time I am going to buy a Honda. If you must buy a Honda, go to Fairfax Honda, they are so much better.

I would rate the sales person (Wayne Brent) and the finance person very highly. Wayne was particularly kind, low pressure, answered all of my questions and helped go through the features of my CR V with me extensively. A good friend referred me to him so I felt very comfortable trusting him. The finance person (sorry-I cannot remember his name) was also kind and explained things thoroughly. My only complaint (thus far) with this dealership is that they have this ridiculous policy of notifying people when a car has arrived and then it is basically a free for all and whoever gets there first to claim the car gets it. I left my home 10 minutes after getting notice that the car I had wanted had come in and by the time I got there someone else had gotten it. Luckily, there was a good second choice for me but if there had not been I would have been really ticked off. There is no way to put a down payment in so that you can actually reserve your car. I was lucky, I only had to race there once. I am sure others have not been so lucky. I strongly suggest the dealership change this practice. If I had not liked Wayne so much (and had a good second choice) you probably would have lost my business.

Dishonest sales staff. They use Bait and Switch tactics. I made an appointment for an SUV advertised. I spoke on the phone before heading to the dealer and was told the vehicle was ready. Upon arriving, I was told that it was at the shop, but assured it was available. I told them that I liked the vehicle price and specifications and would like to apply , site unseen, to finance the unit. The salesman said I couldn't until I had driven the unit. I indicated I could wait or come the next day, to which I was told it would not be ready and they scheduled me for 3 days later. We saw a van on carguru that we were interested in looking at. We drove over 2 hours to see it. After taking a look we walked inside the dealership and was immediately greeted and and then assited by a salesman named Dave . We had no intention of making a purchase that day however after talking with Dave for a bit and test driving the van we came to an agreement and traded our car for a much needed van .we were treated great from the second we walked into the building to the time we left with our new vehicle they worked for us to get us the best financing as well! Took my CRV to have 2 tires replaced. The first visit I was told the tires had to be ordered. I went n the next day and had them installed. I told the rep on both days my right front tire had a slow leak. This was not checked until the car was brought to me, then had to be taken back to be examined. Thirty minutes later it was brought back to me and I was told no leak showed up. But the tire continued to lose air. So I took it back where I purchased it- Hogan & Sons in Chantilly. They found the leak right away and I then had a third tire replaced there. I wish it had been examined more closely, would have saved me a trip.

Bad experience full of lies, fake promises and greed. At the end of the day they couldn’t deliver on their promise to repair my car that has a warranty. Instead making a bunch of fake arguments telling me that there was nothing wrong with it. Its “normal” for the transmission to have issues. Or as Dave Wallace puts it. “Its all within the parameters” Oh hey Hassan worry more about being honest than the result of the Hond survey so you don’t lose money. As your technician told me. I have been coming to Autonation for years to have our cars serviced. this last visit was the worst experience that i have ever had. i dropped my car there the night before my service appointment the next day at 8:30 am. i called at 2:30 pm to see how things were going because i needed my car back to get to work. i was told that they were very busy and they needed another hour or so to complete the work. i hadn’t t heard back at 5pm so i called and was told my car was done they were just waiting on a car to come and get me. very frustrated i got my son to drive me to pick up my car. i was ignored by my service tech while i was standing at his desk. the tech next him said “ you have people waiting to be checked out and he yelled back “ i am busy on the phone!”after 20 min of waiting the tech at the service desk next to the one i was waiting for apologized and checked me out. when i went to leave i asked the service tech to the left of the waiting area door if i could have a business card for the manager and he looked straight at me and then started a conversation with another employee. before i left i asked him his name and with a smirk on his face he pointed to his name tag. i was in tears all evening. i used to recommend AutoNation Honda to all of my patients, family and friends. What has happened?!!!!

My AC was broken and I took it to Honda in chantilly but was told that both the condensor and compressor were leaking. I would have to pay $1.5k to fix the compressor since condensor is covered under warranty. Once I declined the offer to fix the compressor, I was told that they wouldnt work on my condensor because it seemed like autonation worked on it before and incorrectly misplaced it. It didn't make sense to me but I took it to Autonation anyways. Fawad was my assistance and said that they have never worked on my car after doing a thorough record check. He was honest in telling me that nothing was wrong with my compressor, there was no leak at all, just a cord and condensor problem. No need for compressor fix. This was way different than what I was told in honda in chantilly. Therefore, I cant thank Fawad enough for his honesty. literally my life savior:) my AC works now!

Arrived at my 2:00 appointment time; there were 3 other cars in the 2 incoming service lanes. Several blue-shirted service people milling about, on the phone, on computers, etc. Sat in my car waiting for somebody to come help me, take my car, or at least acknowledge I was there. NOTHING HAPPENED. After a few minutes, I decided to see how long it would take for somebody to notice me...after 15 minutes sitting there, now at the front of the line, I finally got out and found a service guy (who was pretty well engaged talking to a service woman) and asked if there was a manager I could talk to...he decided to help me. What a sluggish and seemingly not very competent intake system! Very painful.

I called to ask about the SD navigation card they told me to call the Mercedes dealership. Also, I can connect my car with the app because the VIN still connected with the previous owner. Those are little things they should take care of it before sell the car. The ViN should be disconnected from everything.

Dropped car for a recall repair. They recommended a couple of fluid changes, one was a completely unnecessary transmission fluid change for $200 , which I had done less than a year ago and barely put any miles since. I recalled too late so it's partly my fault, and completely my fault for trusting a Honda authorized repair shop to recommend a genuine repair. Anyways, called the service center and reached one of the advisors to know why they recommended the transmisson fluid change, he bluntly admitted it wasn't on my Carfax :) Not wanting to accept the lousy excuse , i requested to talk to a service manager, of course he didn't pick up my call, left a VM requesting call back. No response for a couple of days. Tried calling service center couple of times after, in hopes of at least talking to a service advisor or manager. As I expected by this point, no response. After writing an email to the general manager I finally got a call from a service manager who made more lousy excuses on why he didn't call back . He promised to enquire and get back, and that never happened. Totally expected. Just another shady repair shop, with pathetic customer service and don't care attitude.

The only negative was the Finance experience which was disappointing. Despite requests (and agreement) to remove a charge on the invoice and paperwork, the charge remained. Finance said they’d cut a check for the difference upon completion, so we signed paperwork. Went to leave and when we inquired about the check, was told we wouldn’t get a check. The difference would “likely” be applied to the principal with the bank at some time “when all the paperwork cleared.” At that point it seemed like shady business practice.

If I have to choose one word to describe my recent experience with Justin Duke, Sales Consultant from AutoNation Honda Dulles, it would be “quick”. Justin is very helpful and polite sales person, as well as very professional in explaining all features of the 2021 Honda CR-V EX-L. Justin always responded promptly to my requests and answered all my questions. He even went extra steps to make sure that there were no issues before we leave the dealership with our new car. Justin and Garret Reich (Sales Manager) listened and understood my car’s requirements and my “out-of-the-door” price (car cost, tax, tag, and fees). Garret was able to quickly obtain the management to approve my price. My final price (out-of-the-door cost) was exactly what we agreed upon without any last-minute surprises. The entire AutoNation Honda at Dulles team (Justin Duke, Garret Reich and Fady Mowad) made the car buying process very quick and easy. If you schedule service on line, be sure to select a service reps name. I did not (selecting any service rep was ok), and was left in the middle of the service bay unattended after I arrived. In addition to the oil change, I asked that the automatic cruise control be checked, as it was not operational. I was told at check out, that it was working as designed. I?m sure it was not tested. Maybe obtaining service late in the day is a bad idea... My car entered the service bay when complete (which was a good thing). But then 1/2 hour went by until my service rep could be found. I had an Acura before I purchased this Honda. I would suggest this Honda location go take a few lessons from their sister organization in Chantilly, to learn how to run their shop.

horrible I purchased a vehicle that no one knew about. The sales person told me he would fix the issue of the tire light being on but he left for the day in the middle of the sale and nothing was takin care of. I took the vehicle to Auto Nation of Bethesda they saw the y vehicle needed brakes rotors and tires. I was not given new tires as needed but they did change the brakes. Now I have to fight to get the tires changed when the tires are clearly no good. This is an issue that was told to the dealership before i took possession of the vehicle not after so it should be fixed

Initially, the first representative I met with upon arrival, indicated that to spite what the letter from Honda indicated, (which was that the was a recall that would be free to the owner), that there may be a cost to repair this. However, once the car was taken to the back garage, I did get a sense that it was going to be covered by the recall. The car was returned within one hour, recall was repaired and the car was washed. I felt good about my visit.

In a 6 year old Accord with a dead battery, parked 1/2 mile from the dealership in freezing rain with groceries in the trunk. Sebastian, the service manager came out to the car with a portable battery charger, jumped the battery so we could drive back to the dealership and replace the battery. Outstanding Experience From First Contact to Vehicle Delivery. This was my first experience with AutoNation Honda Dulles and my eight overall car buying experience (5th new car). Without question, this is the best experience I have ever had. We were in the market for a minivan and wanted to test drive the Odyssey. We showed up at nearly closing time midweek and our family of five was greeted warmly by Fernando, his manager (Sonny), and Anne (the front of facility coordination specialist). Fernando was more than happy to provide a detailed explanation of the vehicle and options and walk us through answers to every question you can imagine. He was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and kind. We weren’t ready to buy that night and Fernando and Sonny completely respected that and did not try any high pressure tactics. After putting in a lot of research and getting many quotes, we contacted Sonny with a challenge. We wanted a specific color exterior and interior version of the Odyssey Touring edition and wanted it for the best overall price that we had received. There were only 3 of these vehicles left in the mid Atlantic region (this was verified by another dealer). Without any hesitation and with a positive attitude, Sonny asked for a half hour to see if he could pull it off. He used his connections and was able to convince a competitor that they had not previously done business with to make this happen and then provided the vehicle at the best price (by other dealer’s accounts this was an “insanely great” price). He could not have been any kinder in doing so. We came in and finalized the deal with Fernando who was exceptionally sweet to our children throughout and always caring for their well being and keeping them from boredom (as was Anne). Now on to signing the paperwork and financing. In my experience, typically this is the point where I find most good car buying experiences go bad and where dealers try to recoup any negotiated losses. I cannot recall the gentleman’s name (who had been so busy that he hadn’t eaten all day) but he could not have been kinder, more patient, and transparent in finalizing the paperwork and enabling an affordable extended warranty purchase for us. I asked to see every detail just to make sure there weren’t any “mistakes” and he helped me walk through all with a smile the entire time. Exceptional customer service focus from beginning to end. The manager Sonny kept checking on us throughout the process to make sure we were doing okay as well. Honestly, I doubt I will ever have a car buying experience this good ever again as every other experience pales in comparison but I will never buy a Honda from anyone other than these folks. The good folks at AutoNation Honda Dulles could not have done a better job from start to finish. Perfectly executed and a model for how all dealers who want to establish customer loyalty should operate. Extremely grateful to the team for their work and care on our behalf!

I brought our 2020 van in for recalls and a mirror issue back in September 2020. I was told that I needed a new mirror and they will order it and I didn't get a call nor an update from them. I called on numerous occasions and was told that there was no status and until I called in a frustrated way in February, and the part manager finally gave me a mirror that was scheduled to be returned to Honda from another customer. I will not utilize this facility for future services.

Fawad was my service manager and he was so pleasant and helpful! I was met as soon as I pulled in and he quickly sent my car to be serviced. It did not take long before he came back out to let me know what was needed. Completing the service transaction was seamless and quick.

First of all please fix your scheduling on line . I put in the right info but when I get to the service department to drop off I am asked questions that have already been taken care of such as telephone # email ect ect . I should be able to sign the paper and leave . I had to spend 10 minutes getting my phone # just right ! Then when I ask for specific repairs I am then called with 10 other repairs that need to be fixed EVERY TIME . Just put it on your paperwork. If I want anything else done I will call you . This is always a problem and usually gets out of hand . I was not yelling when I called to check if my vehicle was done and ready to pick up ! I was just returning your missed phone call . You have never really heard me yell and if so you would know . I just want to get in and out without trouble is that too much to ask for ? If so I will go elsewhere. Or just fix my car myself in a parking lot or a friends yard and save myself from the hassle of being told this that and the other needs to be fixed . I am not rich and I don’t want to pay your fees for something that doesn’t need to be fixed right away .

I recently bought a CPO Honda Accord and after taking it for its first oil change at location closer to my house and I was told that brake fluid was contaminated. Being that its a CPO the brake fluid should have been changed. After taking it back Alanna got me squared away and was a pleasure to work with. I'll be returning to have my car serviced here.

Other people in service writers are suspect (like Fawad) in their motivations and apparently think we owe them some service for coming to them for repairs. I?ve gone only to use genuine Honda parts, which I believe I get. Be wary of the phrase ?...if it were my car...if it were my wife?s car...? Buying a car there is very sketchy, their Sales manager seems focused on the fast sell- almost stereotyping of the car salesman characterization one would have of such a role.

Found a price on a car that was acceptable truecar. Went to the dealership and they didn’t want to honor the their offer. This stealership changed the offer online but my wife saved the ad on her phone. Then they tried to double charge on freight. Busted them on that and they tried to pick an argument and claim that I threatened them. What jerks!!!! Went to another stealership and bought a better car for $1000 less. We had a transmission issue on our 2015 Civic and were concerned that we might need a new transmission is a car a few months out of warranty. Turns out the problem was just a faulty sensor that was causing an issue. The service coordinator did a great job of listening to our description of the issue and getting us a diagnosis quickly from the technician. They provided online and pay over the phone options to minimize our time in the service center as well. Great experience!

Then, within three months, I was back in the shop not once but THREE TIMES for the same problem (and they still have my car now so who knows when/if it?ll be resolved). The bright spot was Alanna, my service advisor. We started off on the wrong foot but she figured that out and then bent over backward to alleviate some of my frustrations.

I have previously been happy with service here, but recently had my CRV worked on and am angry and disappointed that in the middle of a nasty Covid19 surge, and specific state health guidelines, the management did not not take wearing of masks seriously. About half of the employees had masks on their desks, or hanging below their chins. They guy who checked me out merely held his mask in front of his face while typing with his other hand. When I asked about this at the front desk, and pointed to some examples, I was told that employees not talking to customers do not need to wear masks. I won't be coming back.

This is a very reliable dealer and service shop. I have never had a bad experience or problem with my vehicles related to service work that was done. I own a Honda and a Acura and take both to this shop. The service advisor is very informative about what will be done and never tries to pressure me into repair work that can wait but he wants to make sure I know about a problem to better plan for the work in the future.

I worked with car salesman Fadi who was excellent. He found me a Honda Odyssey w specs that was very difficult to find and at the lowest price. I was pressed for time since I had a 1 day old newborn so Fadi expediated the entire process then delivered the car the next day after everything was ready. This is a highly unreliable auto shop. I wouldn’t trust them with things other than may be oil changes. I had an extended warranty on my AC Condenser because my Civic JD manufacturing defect. When I took it to AutoNation they kept the car for the whole day and at the end conveniently said the issue was with compressor and not condenser for which I had to pay 1200 dollars. The next day I took my car to another dealership and they confirmed that they be issues was in fact with condenser and the compressor was just fine. They checked it after filling my AC system with Freon. The fact that AutoNation didn’t even fill Freon tells me they didn’t even bother to do the diagnosis properly. In the end I spent 0 dollars with Ourisman and got my AC fixed under warranty. AutoNation has lost my trust.

I recently went through AutoNation in Sterling, Virginia to purchase my first vehicle. The whole process was a terrible experience. I purchased the vehicle through a new salesman so maybe that was part of the issue but the whole experience was a nightmare. First, I was told that I was not able to put a deposit down on a car hat I wanted since I was purchasing the vehicle from a different state. When I was finally told that I could put a down payment on the car to hold it for purchase, I didn't hear anything from them for 3 days! I had just put $9,000 down payment on the car and did not hear anything! When I called, the salesman made it seem that I was being annoying for checking what was going on with my car and my money.... I finally got to speak with finance and the car was supposed to be mine. The terms of the deal with the salesman was that he would deliver my newly purchased vehicle to my house. When the day came to deliver my vehicle the salesman called me and said he could not deliver the car because he didn't want to split his commission with someone who would have to follow him out to my house!! I finally lost it and went off on the sales manager, who was very nice and the only professional person that I spoke with throughout this whole process. He made the salesman deliver the car. I thought this would be the end of my issues... I took the vehicle to my state inspection and it failed!! The front right rim was bent. They wanted me to drive it back to Virginia to fix it themselves. The whole reason I got the car delivered is because I couldn't make it to them! They finally agreed to reimburse me for fixing the rim. I am still waiting for that reimbursement. I cannot stress how unprofessional and terrible this experience was. The ONLY reason I am giving this review 2 stars is because I absolutely love my new car! I would not recommend going through AutoNation in Sterling, Virginia.

I am a first time Honda buyer, but my parents have had Hondas for years and love their Honda dealership. So when I bought my first Honda here this past August I planned to be a loyal customer and always bring my vehicle here for all repairs and maintenance needs. However, when I bought my vehicle in August my salesman told me I would receive my first two oil changes free if I brought it back there. I asked if I needed any paperwork and he said, no it would all be in their computer system, I just had to bring it back to that store. When I called to make my first oil change appointment I asked if I needed to bring any paperwork to show that I had just bought my car there for my free oil changes that I have been promised and was told no. When my husband went to pick up my vehicle the day of my first supposedly free oil change they tried to charge him. When I got on the phone with them they told me that they have no record of that and their computer system does not communicate with the sales departments computer system like that. I requested that they go speak with sales and he said he would. He did not end up doing that because they were busy, however, he did send my husband on his way home and did not charge him. I am giving it one star because at least they did not charge us that day, however, we had to go through a lot for something we were told we would get with no trouble. Plus we are supposed to get our next oil change free as well since we were promised the first two free and I am concerned about what my experience will be like going the next time. If they are going to try to charge us like they did this time then I have no interest in going there at all. I can get my oil changes done anywhere. If they cannot follow through on their promises then I don’t know that I really trust them to do any work on my vehicle. I will see what happens the next time I schedule an oil change, but if they do not hold to their word I will not take my car there for the next oil change or for anything at all. I will find someplace else to go.

But no, they insist on playing games to maximize their profit. Auto Nation Honda I give a mixed review. The salesman was great (Scott), honest, straightforward, respectful of my wants and took me at my word when I said something. That is why I purchased from them, because of him. But once I got into the finance dept. the same old, same old began: pressure to spend on extras, didn't take me at my word when I told them (twice) I didn't want something, and even brought in another finance person to double down on me. They'll never learn I guess. I would recommend the salesperson, but I can't the dealership as a whole.

I bought a Honda CRV from them but this time needed another, older Chevy, inspected & a new blower. We have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership... very nice and hardworking salespeople! Service Department is a bit slow though! Last week I came in for a courtesy Pit Stop service to include brake check as advertised in monthly special. Took 1 hour, 45 minutes before they got the car onto the lift to begin work and I had an appointment! Basic Pit Stop usually takes less than 15 minutes. Oil changes take much longer than other service departments too. We return because of the oil change package that we bought with the vehicle. All nice people who work there, but some steps need to occur to streamline service department processes.

I have to say that generally, I'd rather have a colonoscopy than deal with a car dealership. Their bad reputation is richly deserved. They just never seem to get that treating the customer with respect, transparency, and taking him/her at his word instead of arguing or pressuring is going to, in the end, bring in grateful, repeat customers. However, salesman Scott did a good job; showed me the car, took a test drive, answered my questions in a laid-back, non-pressuring manner. When i said something he took me at my word and didn't argue. Even gave me the price of the car before I got turned over to finance. AutoNATION has one non-haggle price. They claim to price their vehicles aggressively low enough that haggling is not necessary. Based of the research I did, the car I bought probably would not have been found cheaper elsewhere given its condition, mileage, trim, accessoriies, etc. I saw the car on Sunday, decided to buy on Monday, and closed the deal on Tuesday. Smoothe, relatively no-hassle transaction with Scott Barrowclough. ll That started to fall apart somewhat when I got into finance who wanted to sell me an extended warranty (at least they have me the full price of the car before I got to finance (last dealership did not). If I tell someone something, I expect to be taken at my word. Finance was less willing to do that, The car I purchased was a certified pre-owned Honda, so it had the balance of the original warranty plus extra that the certified brought to it. I said (twice) I didn't want the additional coverage, but that didn't deter the finance people; The finance person brought in a second person to try to persuade me, discounting the extended warranty and claiming that this was about him trying to help me (in the end I bought it). All in all, it was one of the least painful car purchases I have made (thanks to Scott).

I unusually have good service at honda dulles auto nation. This time around was horrible. Very hard to get anyone at the service department to answer the phones to make an appointment so you are forced to use the online appointment set up. My service tech was not very friendly, I definitely do not want him again. I felt like my questions I had were being rushed answered, like he did not want to help.

I was towed into the repair station after 5pm with a dead battery. The service man was very polite and efficient and found a tech still there. I do wish they offered more service coupons, but some are available. And while they will wash your car after service, they don’t dry it, causing water spots. So, what’s the point? I did have a little issue when I went to pick up my car because they could not locate my paperwork. Finally , one of he senior employees came and assisted me and I was out and about 10 minutes. When I asked about doing some of the items and not others he politely provided several quotes for different combinations of repairs, but never pressured me into doing something. We brought car in specifically because it is making a humming noise when backing up. After getting serviced, the noise is still there. When we called to AutoNation to ask what the issue was, they said they thought changing the differential fluid would resolve the issue, but that they didn't check whether it actually fixed the problem. We told them it did not fix the problem, and we were basically told oh well, sorry you're out of luck. What kind of customer service is that? $400 dollars spent and we still have to find another garage to fix the original issue.

My sales person Jorge was very helpful and went the extra mile for me. I bought a used Honda Odyssey AS IS, but the dealership offers a 5 day/250 mile warranty. Within the 5 days I found out I needed a timing belt, so I addressed to the dealership. Thru several emails with the sales manager to end up emailing with the general manager Jack Colon, which ended with him offering me a 15 % discount on the timing belt only if I have it replaced within 30 days. The way they handled this situation was not of a reputable dealership, but a car lot found on the side of the road.

Transmission system problem light came on. I made an appointment for the same day, they had my car for a week. I don’t really know what was wrong, sounds like they didn’t either. Aaron called on Thursday to let me know my car was ready, I told him I would be out of town and would pick it up on Saturday. When I picked it up, they asked if I wanted it washed. I would have loved it washed on Thursday or Friday or Saturday morning before I picked it up??!! Not as I am there to pick it up. That was weird and not the first time that’s happened.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience from Jabran and Bri! They guided me based on what I was looking for, rather than try to lead me to a specific car or sell. Had a very reasonable offer on an HR-V, then I saw a model with the next higher trim at a different Honda dealership in Chantilly, went there to test drive it. Loved the car but not the experience at all- I called up Autonation and asked if they could find that specific car themselves. They did, and then worked with me in financing to figure out a reasonable loan that kept the car in my asking range; instead of coming with high offers and me compromising above my asking price, they brought out a variety of loans and financing options that would keep the car in my asking range. I genuinely feel like I got my new car at a steal, which is a rare feeling leaving a dealership. If I'm living anywhere near this neighborhood in 10 some years when I buy a car again, I will be going back to the same dealership.

During these pandemic conditions, a better disinfecting protocol is needed. I was told that it was mandatory that employees ware masks, half the service members did not have them not attempted to put them on when I mentioned it. When I got my care back, I asked if the touching surfaces had been disinfected, no because the mechanics all where cloves? really. How is that protecting infection of all the touch points on my car. So when the mechanic sneezes all over my car with allergies and also has the virus undetected at that point, I'm screwed. The service manager offered no help however the gentleman that returned my car was listening and did wipe down the car, wish I caught his name. I can't complain about the service, have gone there for years. Not again until the virus protocol is greatly improved.

Britney was very professional and helpful. We had one issue with the low tire pressure light coming on after the tire rotation service. We checked the pressure in each tire, topped off those that needed it, but the light stayed on. Britney was able to walk me through recalibrating the sensor, and the light has vanished. Will continue to bring our car to AutoNation for its future services.

They surprise you with extra costs. EVERY TIME. You drive in thinking you are just getting an oil change and worse than any other place - your car needs, every time, over $200 to $600 in additional service. EVERY SINGLE TIME. And it always takes twice as long as they say. Then they ask you to give them good reviews. If I did not have a service agreement with them I would go somewhere else and I am even doubting the worth of the service agreement. Don't get me started about my purchasing experience. That also took way too long for someone purchasing in cash.

Brad, my Service Adviser, coordinated a loaner car for the day for me, because I pick up my Granddaughter from school and care for her in the afternoon at their house. Jason, processed my loaner car paperwork. Seeing that I drive an Element, Jason made sure he provided me with a loaner, a 2019 CRV, that would feel similar to my Element, rather than a sedan. The Customer Service is excellent!

I’ve been bringing my vehicle there since I bought it until this last time I went I totally lost their trust. They told me I needed new tires when I had purchased tires 2 days before. They also told me I needed a battery which I didn’t trust them so I got it tested with AAA and Virginia Tire. Both places tested battery in perfect condition. Then they called for a review and when I told them the truth they said someone would get back to me. That never happened. If it’s a bad review they won’t take you honest review to avoid bad ratings.

Brought my car for oil change and tires rotation. Had to wait for 2 hours, the service was OK even though it seemed kinda long for this. One thing about this dealership, it’s hard to reach the service dept. Wonder why nobody pick up the phone there.
